You can go about the Platinum in two different ways: one casual playthrough for collectibles and miscellaneous trophies and then a second no-death playthrough or you can combine everything in one playthrough provided you make frequent use of the PS+ Cloud for backups. Just make sure you don’t ever reload a checkpoint either.
